I think that a limiting factor is when a country or certain area has a sort of limit to the population in that area. I think that it means this because limiting is basically a limit to a number of people, things etc. And factor just goes along with this word so that is why I think that is what a limiting factor is. 

 

I think that a carrying capacity is just another way of saying a limiting factor. But just with a bit of a different definition. I think a carrying capacity is based on how much something weighs or how much space is available. I think this because a carrying has basically the root word of carry and capacity is how muc space and how much something weighs. So that is why I think that is the definition for carrying capacity.
